These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without reference to its choice of law rules. You consent to the jurisdiction of the federal and state courts of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and agree to accept service of process by mail and hereby waive any and all jurisdictional and venue defenses available.  B. Privacy Statement. CONTINENTAL is committed to protecting the confidentiality of customers’ personal information consistent with CONTINENTAL’s need to: 1) conduct business without divulging more information than is necessary; and 2) conduct research and measure quality using aggregated or non-identifiable data wherever possible. a. Collection of Personal Information from Site Visitors.
