and look and feel attributes) of www.continentalplastic.com and in the
selection, coordination, arrangement, organization and enhancement of Site

use of Site content or format is prohibited without the prior written consent
of CONTINENTAL. Except as indicated, CONTINENTAL owns all trademarks, service
marks or other logos featured on the Site. Use or misuse of these trademarks,
service marks or logos is expressly prohibited and may violate federal
and state law.
Communications With Our Web Site. Any feedback, suggestions,
or other information that you submit to CONTINENTAL via this Site, may
be used, reproduced, modified, adapted, published, translated, distributed,
redistributed, transmitted, performed or displayed worldwide by CONTINENTAL
and/or may be incorporated in other works in any form, media, or technology
now known or later developed without further permission or license from
you. Further, CONTINENTAL is free to use any ideas, concepts, know-how,

endorsement by CONTINENTAL.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction.
These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the
laws of the State of Wisconsin, without reference to its choice of law
rules. You consent to the jurisdiction of the federal and state courts
of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and agree to accept service of process by mail
and hereby waive any and all jurisdictional and venue defenses available.
B. Privacy Statement. CONTINENTAL is committed to protecting the confidentiality of customers’
personal information consistent with CONTINENTAL’s need to: 1) conduct
business without divulging more information than is necessary; and 2) conduct
research and measure quality using aggregated or non-identifiable data
wherever possible. a. Collection of Personal Information from Site Visitors. CONTINENTAL
may collect and/or track (1) the home server domain names, e-mail addresses,
type of client computer, files downloaded, search engine used, operating
system, and type of Web browser of visitors to CONTINENTAL's Web site,
(2) the e-mail addresses of visitors that communicate with CONTINENTAL
via e-mail, (3) information knowingly provided by the visitor in online
forums, registration forms, surveys, e-mail, contest entries, and other
online avenues (including demographic and personal profile data), and (4)
aggregate and user-specific information.
CONTINENTAL may place Internet "cookies" on visitors' hard drives. Internet cookies save data about individual visitors, such as the visitor's

e. Access to and Ability to Correct Personal Data. Upon request

a summary of any personally identifiable information retained by CONTINENTAL
regarding the visitor. Visitors may modify, correct, change or update such
